She is survived by: her children, Richard Hammond (Jeannine) and Susan Lonardo (Steven); her sister Jeanne Sarafin; her grandchildren, Craig Hammond (Sylvia), Scott Hammond (Sarah) and Jennifer Moger (Elijah); and her great grandchildren, Makena, Paige, Amelie Hammond and Adalyn Moger.
