She was predeceased by: her husband Paul D'Agnenica, Jr.; her parent Stanislaw Bzura; and her sibling Dorothy Garbowski. She is survived by: her parent Kornella Bzura (Giengeleski); her children, Paul D'Agnenica, III of North Providence and Diane Ormond (D'Agnenica); her grandchildren, Kelly Rao (Ormond), Jillian Ormond, William Petro of Hopedale, MA, Michael R. Ormond of Astoria, Bianca D'Agnenica and Nicholas DiLorenzo of West Warwick; her great grandchildren, Joseph Rao of Foxborough, MA. and Jessica Rao of Foxborough, MA.; and her siblings, Alexander Garbowski, Jenny Gasbarro and Sophie Nerek.
