He was predeceased by: his wife Concetta A. DaSilva (Bucci); and his parents, Mariano DaSilva and Maria DaSilva (Ramos). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Michael, James, Andrew, Matthew, Carina, Logan and Kyla; and also, Rodrick E. DaSilva (Barbara), Janet M. McHale (Michael), Paul J. DaSilva (Melissa), Maryann B. Duffy (George) and Carol-Ann DaSilva (Dominick DeJoy).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the A. A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home (200 Hawkins St, Providence, RI 02904). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Presentation (1081 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, RI 02904).
