She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Medeiros; her parents, John Vales and Lucy Vales (Cabral); and her sister Joanne Castro. She is survived by: her children, Rachelle M. Costa (Gerald) of North Providence and Raymond M. Medeiros (Battalion); her grandchildren, Brenna, Andrew, Abigail and Emily; and her great grandchild Hazel.
