He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Hart (Flynn); his children, Robert T. Hart Cpt, Kevin T. Hart and Lauren E. Hart-Cabral (Brian); his grandchild Callan Robert Cabral; his siblings, Karen Waters (Robert) and James E. Hart; and his brother-in-law Bernard Ginaitt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
