It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Renee D. LaFazia of North Providence, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her parents, Stephen LaFazia and Donna LaFazia (Ledoux); and her siblings, Lisa LaFazia of New Jersey, Joseph LaFazia of Providence and Brittney Jensen of Florida. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
