He was predeceased by: his mother Geneva Maxwell Meaney; and his niece Katherine B. Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sullivan; his children, Erin Sullivan of North Providence and William F. Sullivan (Melissa Bouvier) of Cumberland; and his siblings, Michael Sullivan (Joan) of Pawtucket, Thomas Wroe Jr. of Naples, FL and Lynda A. Meaney of North Providence. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
