He is survived by: his parent Patricia "Pat" Margaret Mary; his stepparent Susan A. Sayler; his children, Laurie L. Hazard of Warwick, RI, Grace O'Donnell and Jack O'Donnell; his sister Brandy L. O'Donnell of North Providence; and also, Aunt Susan, Uncle Jack and Uncle Derrick Kearney of Dublin Ireland.
