It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pacheco-McNally Irene (North Providence, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 15, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Jesse J.; her child Marlene A. Parillo; and her sibling Thomas A. Pacheco. She is survived by: her parent Gertrude A. Pacheco (Ferguson); her children, Mark E., Barry M., Doreen J. Casey of Florida, Tina M. Palumbo of North Providence and Dawn D. Johnson of Smithfield; and her siblings, Carol Pacheco, Barbara Spaulding, Janet Cayer, Linda Pacheco and Christina Pacheco. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
