He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothea K Duffy and Francis J Duffy Jr.; and his brother James F. Bailey (Cathy). He is survived by: his siblings, Susan E. Duffy, Robert J. Bailey (Doreen) and Stephen W. Bailey. He is also survived by two step daughters and five grandchildren.
