She was predeceased by : her husband Robert Scandariato; her parents, David Duarte and Mary Duarte (Toste); her pet Sasha; and her brother Donald Duarte.

She is survived by : her siblings, David Duarte (Judy), Frank Duarte (Angela), Brian Duarte (Julie) and Brenda Martin (Bruce); her siblings-in-law, Jack Scandariato (Patricia), JoAnn Barbato (Joseph), Gina Rainone (Michael) and Terri Fournier; her nieces, Alysha Gutkoski and Jessica Rainone; her goddaughter Dawn Estes; her close friend Nikki Guadagni; and her sister Judith Dias. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
