He was predeceased by: his parent Ann Jacobson (Day). He is survived by: his spouse Carla Simonini; his parent Kenneth Jacobson; his children, Carl Jacobson and Chiara Jacobson; and his siblings, Paul Jacobson, Keith Jacobson, Scott Jacobson and Patricia Jacobson. He is also survived by five nephews; and three nieces.
