He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Adam and Gertrude Adam (Kosinski); and his brother David Adam of Tacoma, Washington.. He is survived by: his wife Christine Adam (Keenan); and his children, Courtney Lombardi (Jason) of North Providence and Meredith Adam (Matt Grillo) of North Providence.
