With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph P. McDonald Sr. of North Providence, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 10, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter McDonald and Alice McDonald (Clarkin) of East Greenwich. He is survived by: his wife Deborah McDonald (Manzo); his siblings, Mary Alice Stasiuk (Paul), Sheila Dlugolecki (Christopher), Daniel (Diane), James, Jack (Susan), Timothy (Maura) and Michael McDonald (April); and his brothers-in-law, Pasco (MaryAnn), Anthony and Jeffrey Manzo (Janelle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, donations can be made to Teen Challenge Rhode Island, 572 Elmwood Avenue, Providence.
