He was predeceased by: his father Thomas F. Maguire, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Matt Maguire (Virginia) of Atlanta and Christine Maguire DiLuglio (Anthony) of North Providence; the mother of his children Charlene Maguire (Berard) of South Carolina; his grandsons, Liam Maguire and Blake Maguire of Atlanta; and his sisters, Monica Sherlock (Tom) and Roz Killilea (Jim). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
