He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian Garganese (DiCicco); his parents, Angelo Garganese and Linda Garganese (Lacatena); and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his close friend Susan Laferte; his children, Cheryl-Ann Trottier (Gary) and Joseph A. Garganese (Lisa); his siblings, Theresa Bucci, Mary Cesaro, Elena Leonardo and Angelo Garganese; his grandchildren, Natasha Trottier, Gianna McLeish, Gary Trottier Jr., Karissa Garganese and Emily Garganese; and his brother Robert Garganese.
