James E. Travis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Travis (North Providence, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 15, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Travis (Sacchetti); his parents, Macon Travis and Elizabeth Travis (Gray); and his brother Paul Travis. He is survived by: his sister Harriet Smith of California. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bishop McVinney Scholarship Fund in the name of James Travis.
