Gloria C. Mamis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gloria C. Mamis (North Providence, Rhode Island), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2025 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gloria C. Mamis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Gerald "Jerry" Mamis and Charles Fontana; and her parents, Saverio Fagiano and Laura Fagiano (Mancini). She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl A. Sorafine (David), Sandra L. Fontana, Lisa M. Dattoli (Rocco) and Michelle E. Mamis (David DiSantis); her grandchildren, Dave, Derek Sorafine, Adrionna Jeffries (Andrew), Natalia Wieland (Matthew), Jeffrey and Gillian DiIorio; her great grandchildren, Rowan, Lennon and Aubrie; and her sister Norma Damas.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anthony Church (1413 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, RI 02904).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Anthony Memorial Fund, 5 Gibbs Street, North Providence, RI 02904.
