Blinkhorn (DeVecchis); his parent Jannette Blinkhorn (Levesque); his sons, Anthony Blinkhorn (LeeAnne) and Andrew Blinkhorn; his significant other Dawn Conetta; and his siblings, Jacqueline St and Paula Blinkhorn. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
