She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony R. "Mac" Macari Sr.; her parents, Angelo Antignano and Giovannia Antignano (DiPalma); her granddaughter Katie Macari; and her sibling Jesse Angelone.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony R. Macari Jr. (Sandra), Jo-Ann J. Macari (Retired Deputy Chief) and Robin A. Macari (John Ahern); her granddaughter Jennifer; her great grandchild Ayden; and her siblings, Ann Burchfield, Josephine Pisenello, Eleanor Arguto, Emilio, Angelo and Joseph Antignano. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
