He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose and Rosa Ferreira (Neves); and his sibling Alcides A. Ferreira. He is survived by: his wife Sara Ferreira (Silva); his children, Fred Ferreira (Diane E. Ferreira) of Norwood, MA, Richard S. Ferreira (Natalie Colon) of Kissimmee, FL, Mark S. Ferreira (Gina Ferreira) of Rehoboth, MA, Rebeca A. Ferreira-Rodriguez (Sandy Rodriguez) of Ramsey, NJ and Michael S. Ferreira (Erica T. Ferreira) of Rumford, RI.; his grandchildren, Amanda, Jimmy, Vanessa, Joshua, Isabella, Matty, Cristina, Ayden, Nathan, Lucas, Sofia, Molly and Mason; his great grandchild Aiden; and his siblings, Benilde Costa of Mattapoisett, MA and Eurico Ferreira of South Dartmouth, MA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many dear friends.
With strict adherence to applicable Covid-19 health precautions, including social distancing and the mandatory use of facemasks, relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Visitation on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 from 5:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Funeral Services will be privately held in the Memorial Chapel of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, followed by a Private Graveside Service in Rumford Cemetery, Rumford, RI.
