He is survived by : his wife Jillian M. Simone (Tracy); his parents, Lester Salisbury and Anita Salisbury (Garceau) of North Providence; his daughter Jessica Salisbury of Cranston, RI; his stepdaughters, Heather Tracy of Dayville, CT and Tayler Tracy of Burrillville, RI.; his grandchildren, Aiden, Averi and Oliver; and his brothers, John Salisbury (Beth) and Stephen Salisbury (Gina).

Donations can be made to The American Diabetes Association in his honor.
