She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin R. Jenkins; and her parents, Richard T. Randle and Mary E. Randle (Phinney). She is survived by: her daughter Jaye Francoeur; her granddaughter Delanna Francoeur; and her brother C. William Randle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
