He was predeceased by: his parent Alva Proulx; and his sibling Leo Proulx. He is survived by: his spouse Arline Proulx (Blanchard); his parent Leona Proulx (Favreau); his grandparents, Louis and Georgianna Favreau (Leveille); his children, Karen King of Foster, RI and Michael Proulx; his grandchild Jennifer Smith; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Joseph and Avery Smith.
