He was predeceased by: his parent Henry Kline; his siblings, Robert Kline and Doris Downing; and his stepchildren, Susan D'Amico (John) and Patrick Dodson.

He is survived by: his spouse Ann E. Kline (Conway); his parent Lela Kline (Creek); his children, Michael Kline (Lynne), Steven Kline (Sybil), Phillip Kline (Jamie), Vincent Tomassi (Sandra) and Nancy Gallo (John); his stepson Michael Dodson (Barry); and his sister Joyce Ewing. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
