She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Randall and Grace Spellman; and her sister Gloria Mendez. She is survived by : her husband Hector DeLeon; her children, Samuel Spellman (Jennifer) of North Providence, Eduardo Alfonso (Billye-Jo) of Cranston, Danilo Alfonso (Jeanine) of Warwick, Roman Alfonso (Veronica) of Warwick and Marisol DeLeon of North Providence; her brothers, John T. O'Brien of Woonsocket and Gary Toole of Las Vegas, NV; and her grandchildren, Victoria Grace Alfonso, Samantha Lynn Alfonso, Helayna Grace Alfonso, Ava Victoria Alfonso, Alex Beltran, Christian Beltran, Alexandria Spellman, Taylor Spellman, Samuel Spellman, Natalia Ruzzo, Antonio Ruzzo and Roman Brizio. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
