He was predeceased by : his father Bertrand R. Gauthier. He is survived by : his mother Anne Gauthier (Guglietti); his brother Eric Gauthier (Lynn); his nephew Eric Gauthier Jr.; his great-niece Leana Antonucci; and also, Jessica and Andrew Antonucci (Tayla Scungio). He is also survived by cousins and friends.

“I first met Dan when I saw Big Bad Zero at the Coconut Teaszer in L.A. back in December 1997. My brother was their sound man and he and Dan were roommates for several years. Dan was a really cool down to earth dude. I enjoyed getting to know him as much as I could, usually when I stayed with him and my brother when I would go to Vegas. I saw him play with BBZ at least a handful of times and always had a great time. RIP Dan. See you on the other side.”
