Chase Jr. (North Providence, Rhode Island), born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, who passed away on January 9, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Phyllis Chase (Parenteau); his parents, Chester A. Chase and Alice Chase (Beatty); his children, Chet Chase of Alameda, CA, Cathy Guerin of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Michael Parenteau of Smithfield; and his siblings, Patricia Ferguson of Burrillville, Virginia Carr and Alice Gardiner. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
