She is survived by: her husband Raymond L. Simmons, Sr.; her children, Raymond L. Simmons, Jr. of Pawtucket, AnnMarie Iafrate of Providence and Rhonda J. Simmons of North Providence; her grandchildren, Michael (Kara Iafrate), Ashleigh (Guillermo Vargas) and Alisha (Matthew Kilpatrick); and her great grandchildren, Layla, Lilana, William and Raymond IV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
