We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2023, at the age of 86, Anthony P. Costantino of North Providence, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Costantino and Josephine Costantino (Carnevale); and his son David E. Costantino. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Costantino (Ricci); his children, Joanne Costantino (Maureen Costantino), Anthony P. Costantino (Katherine) and Richard M. Costantino (Lucia); his sister Verna Nani; and his granddaughters, Isabella Costantino and Hannah Costantino.
