He was predeceased by: his parent John Carbone; and his sibling Teresa Mello. He is survived by: his spouse Flora A. Carbone (DeFusco); his parent Marie Carbone (Verno); and his sons, Anthony J. Carbone, Jr. and David F. Carbone. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
