He was predeceased by: his father Carlos Augusto Mendes. He is survived by: his wife Maria Celeste Mendes (Laginhas Sequeira); his daughters, Lucia M. Cacchiotti (George) and Lisa M. Spinella (Joseph); and his grandchildren, Michael, George, Jack and Maya. He is also survived by two siblings, has nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Church (1081 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, RI 02904).
