It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William R. Devine of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Devine and Gertrude Devine (Duffy); and his siblings, Edward "Rick" Ricard Devine, Jr., Charles G. Devine, Mary Jane Devine and Ann "Nancy" S. Glidden.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Devine (Farrell); his children, Jennifer H. Devine, Melissa K. Devine, William "Bill" R. Devine, Jr. (Melissa) and Edward "Ted" F. Devine; and his sisters, Martha D. Graham of Texas and Jean E. Murawski of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
