He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Sr. Weygand and Lillian Weygand (Kingsley); and his brother James Weygand. He is survived by: his wife Elaine L. Weygand (Knowles); his children, Kim C. Desjardins (Chris), Michael Weygand (Katie), Michael J. Keegan (Jessica Coristine) and Alecia L. Keegan; his grandchildren, Ashley, Emma Desjardins, Michela, Brittany Weygand, Jake, Coco and Anna-Katja Keegan; and his siblings, Robert Weygand, Marjorie Coltrera and Richard Weygand. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
