Hazard of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on May 13, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Walmsley and Olivia Perry Chase; and her siblings, Christine Perry and Dwight Walmsley. She is survived by: her husband Robert Hazard Sr.; her children, Robert Hazard Jr. (Shannon), Juan Hazard, Christopher Hazard and Latayna Walmsley; and her siblings, Douglas Walmsley, Robert Walmsley, Barry Walmsley, William Walmsley, Joseph Walmsley, Jerry Eugene Walmsley, Elizabeth Palmer, Brenda Walmsley, Mary Walmsley, Beverly Hazard and Yvonne Butler. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Wanda was the loving wife of Robert Hazard Sr. of 55 years who were both stricken by the COVID-19 pandemic.
