We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2023, at the age of 60, Vi Arthur H. Washburn (North Kingstown, Rhode Island), born in Newport, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur H. "Art" Washburn Jr. and Janice E. "Janema" Washburn (Bickers); his daughter Sonja Refuerzo (Marc); his grandchild Ailani Refuerzo; and his sisters, Cynthia Rose (Billy) and Natalie Washburn. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
