It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie Pless of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 2, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Louis J. Pugh. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy A. Pugh (Bragdon); her husband James P. Pless; her daughters, Sara Brown (Halsall) and Kayla Tierney (Halsall); her stepfather Richard Perry; and her siblings, Anna McCaughey (Romano) and Martin Carreiro. She is also survived by her stepsons, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and countless loyal family members and friends.
