He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Kelly and Margaret Kelly (Lawless); and his sisters, Dolly Kelly, Connie O'Connor and Clare Lawlor.
He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Kelly (Seaman); his daughters, Kathleen M. Wegner (Robert) of Pennsylvania, Eileen A. Finch (Justin) of Cranston, Margaret E. Kelly of Massachusetts and Tara M. Downing (Matt) of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Isabella, Alice, Caitlin, Joshua, Nora, Bilal and Morgan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
