He was predeceased by: his mother Judith. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Angell-Coughlin; and his father Terrence Coughlin, Sr.. He is also survived by father, three sisters, wife, three children and seven grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Wildlife Rehabilitators Association of RI, 2865 Tower Hill Road, Saunderstown, RI 02874, will be appreciated.
