She was predeceased by: her parents, John Collins and LaReine Collins (Mahoney); and her son Shaun. She is survived by: her husband Michael J. Regan; her children, Mary Ellen, Timothy (Jennifer) and Jay (Robin); her daughter-in-law Kathleen; and her grandchildren, Ryan, May, Kathryn, Colin, Anjali, Aidan, Miguel, Laura and Julise. She is also survived by her three sisters, brother, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the pandemic, Sheila's burial will be private for family only.
