He is survived by: his spouse Kathleen Regan (Fuller); his parents, Michael Regan and Sheila Regan (Collins); his siblings, Mary Ellen Wilkinson, Tim Regan (Jennifer) and Jay Regan (Robin); his parents-in-law, Michael Fuller and Janice Fuller (Munroe); his siblings-in-law, Michael Fuller (Carol) and David Fuller (Maura); and his nieces and nephews, Haley, Ryan, Cameron, Michael, Kathryn, Colin, Anjali, Kiel, Liam, Aidan, Miguel, Laura, Ceana and Julise.
