She was predeceased by: her husband Armand J. Bernard; her parents, William C. Evans and Anastasia Evans (Crowley); and her brothers, William, John and Edward.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Bernard (Natalie), Paul Bernard (Judy), Robert Bernard (Deborah) and Catherine Crider (James); and her siblings, Marie and Ernest. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
