It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rose Patton of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James G. Patton; her parents, Frederick H. Mayers and Ruth Mayers (Ruger); and her brother Frederick H. Mayers Jr.. She is survived by: her close friend Donald Peck; her children, Richard N. Packhem (Threasa) of Riverside, Edward J. Packhem (late Judith) of North Kingstown, Mary L. Packhem of Oxford and John F. Packhem (Donna) of Cumberland; and her siblings, Donald Mayers, Joyce Bowers and Jean Bosse. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Due to the Pandemic, Services and interment in North Burial Ground in Providence will be private.
