He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Rogers, Jr. and Alice E. Rogers (Williams); and his brother Dennis W. Rogers. He is survived by: his sister Linda L. Corey (Richard); his nieces, Jennifer L. Boettger (Brian) and Jessica L. Gillis (Kenneth); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica Boettger, Jillian Boettger, Kailynn Boettger and Arianna Gillis.
