Fontaine, Dennis R. Fontaine, Sr. and James Gula; his grandchildren, Dennis R. Fontaine, Jr., Tiffany A. Couture, Amy E. F. Johnson and Christopher A. Mello; his great grandchildren, Logan, Grayson and Quinn; and his sisters, Pauline and Gloria. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cherished dog.
