He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mitchell; his children, Robert Mitchell (Christine), Jennifer Lemme (Mitchell) and Thomas Mitchell (Leah); his siblings, Francis Mitchell (Carol) and Kathleen Pierson; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Marina), Robert III (Erika), Alec, Marcus, Carter, Coleman, Brenna and Rylie; his great grandchild Mila; his stepgranddaughters, Amanda, Samantha and Emily; and his stepgreat-granddaughters, Snow and Sage.
