He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Diaz. He is survived by: his parent Nancy Diaz (Carillo); his son Robert N. Diaz, III; his wife Leeann of Coventry; his daughter Monica Silva (Miguel) of Warwick; and his siblings, Donald Bucci of Cranston, Deborah Richard of Cranston, Josephine Bucci of Cranston and Maryann Doster of Cranston. He is also survived by five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
