He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Higgins (Setian); and his parents, Joseph F Higgins and Lynette Higgins (Emidy). He is survived by: his children, Laurie Higgins of San Diego, CA, Joseph Higgins of Warwick and Robert Higgins of Warwick; and his grandchildren, Seth, Miles Doughty, Josie Chauvette, Kayla, Colin Higgins, Regina, Steven, Gregory and David. He is also survived by his 10 great grandchildren.
