We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2021, Richard D. Pass of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan E. Pass and Gertrude M. Pass (Nystead); and his sister Sondra J. Eller. He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Pass Scagos (Michael Scagos) of Barrington; his grandchildren, Zoe and Ethan Scagos; his siblings, Robert N. Pass of Paeonian Springs, VA and Linda J. Armstrong (Thomas) of Riverside; his niece Hannah Butler; his nephew David Armstrong; and also Constance W. Pass (Watkins) of North Kingstown.
In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in his name.
