He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur M. Bugbee and Sarah M. Bugbee (Whalen). He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. Bugbee (Cartwright); and his children, Richard A. Bugbee, Jr. of Providence, William A. Bugbee of Colorado, Sarah A. Potter of Warwick, Barbara J. Rapin of Grand Rapids, MI, Deborah L. Bugbee of North Kingstown and Beverly F. French of North Kingstown. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
